Do you ship overseas?

If the doll has been shipped but there is a problem after receiving it (such as defects or missing accessories), can I get a refund or who should I contact for processing?

Normally, if the doll was already be shipped, we will not accept the refund. If there are anything wrong with the doll or the accessories, please send an e-mail(misspinstudio@gmail.com) to us, we will help you to deal with the problems.
