After you have successfully paid your order, please give us time to process and prepare your order for shipment.

In-stock Items

5– 10 working days (except Weekends and Holidays)
Pre-order Items

5 – 10 working days as soon as the items arrive in the office (except Weekends and Holidays)
Production and Processing Time

Parts and Dolls: 4-5 Months 
Outfit, Wig, Etc.: 14 – 40 Days 
Special items and Character Dolls: 5-6 Months

Courier Shipping Time

EMS shipping time may take 2-3 weeks depending on your locations or delivery destination.

Track and Trace

We will send you the link to the tracking site as soon as we dispatch your orders.

You will be emailed with the tracking number along with the tracking links for easier tracking of orders. Some tracking numbers may take a few days to reflect upon tracking.
