Production and Processing Time
Parts and Dolls: 4-5 Months
Outfit, Wig, Etc.: 14 – 40 Days
Special items and Character Dolls: 5-6 Months
Courier Shipping Time
EMS shipping time may take 2-3 weeks depending on your locations or delivery destination.
Track and Trace
We will send you the link to the tracking site as soon as we dispatch your orders.
You will be emailed with the tracking number along with the tracking links for easier tracking of orders. Some tracking numbers may take a few days to reflect upon tracking.
Hand wash gently in cold water with mild detergent. No bleach.
Hang or lay flat to dry, away from sunlight.
For silk pieces, dry cleaning is recommended.
